Cancellation Policy

Thank you for booking our services, we will be seeing you soon. Clients are required to pay for the 4 scheduled sessions on the 1st of each month. If for any reason, you are unable to attend your tutorial session (in person or online) please let us know 24 hours in advance by contacting your session's tutor via Whatsapp to avoid the late cancellation fee. In the event of illness, please provide a doctors note and the lesson cancelled within 24 hours of the tutorial session will be not charged.
